Pius Kejuo Osang has emerged the People’s Democratic Party PDP Councillor candidate for the Abo Ward in Boki LGA in Cross River NEGROIDHAVEN has garnered. This development occured during the PDP primaries on January in respect of the forthcoming March 2020 local government elections.
Osang popularly called Ayade Jnr who is a graduate of Electrical Engineering from the University of Cross River, UNICROSS (formerly Cross River University of Technology, CRUTECH) is widely identified as the double of His Excellency the Executive Governor of Cross River.
Until now Osang was a commercial taxi driver and a lines-man with Port Harcourt Distribution Company PHED.
Concerning Osang, social commentator Richie Romanus has this to say in part: ‘I dont need anybody to tell me that my friend and brother, Pius Kejuo Osang has met his destiny helper in the person of Governor Ben Ayade. Those of you who know how his aspiration to be councillor started, can attest to this fact.
Pius the linesman

‘… When he started his business of mimicking the governor, some of us saw him as one of the biggest clown to come out of Cross River little did we or him know that it was God doing his thing.
If they ever told the Commissioner of Works or Rt Hon Itam Abang who are leaders of his ward that the ‘clown’ was going to be councillor, they wont have believe. Pius was the most underrated and was never taken serious but today, the ‘Nepa guy’ or the ‘taxi guy’ is as good as being a councillor and guess what, Pius himself doesnt know how it all happened.
‘For those who dont know the story, it was even the Governor’s intention to make Pius the PDP Chairmanship candidate of Boki LGA if the Chairmanship was zoned to his ward. All manner of stories went to the governor about Pius’s candidature but the more they try to convince the governor to drop his support for Pius, the more he falls in love with the young man.’
His emergence which has incited numerous congratulations from Nigerians is in view of the LGA elections billed for 28th March 2020 in Cross River.
