Ukorebi Esien the erstwhile Research and Documentation Officer of the Partners for Peace in the Niger Delta (P4P) in Cross River has, Friday, being elected the Coordinator of the P4P Network in the state NEGROIDHAVEN can report authoritatively.
The election exercise which took place at Peace House, Calabar the Secretariat of the P4P Network in Cross River saw the emergence of 6 others including Atim Edet as Welfare Officer, Shaabam Abdullahi as
Research & Documentation, Gabriel Ekpenyong as Treasurer, Michael Essien as Financial Secretary, Wisdom Jonah as Assistant Secretary, and Arit Ukpong as Secretary of State.
Esien who beat Cletus Bassey to emerge the Coordinator-elect was voted by 14 peace actors against 6 votes for the latter.
The offices of Deputy Coordinator and Public Relations Officer for the P4P Network is still vacant as at press time.
