5Fold Dance House, a programme arm of the 5Fold Gospel Preachers Network Worldwide has announced that it would hold its maiden ‘Jerusalema Dance Challenge 2021’ in Calabar the Cross River State capital.

The event which is billed to take place on Sunday 19th December, 2021 at Dorchester Event Center, Spar Shopping Mall, has N300,000 cash as first prize, N100,000 and N50,000 as second and third prizes respectively.

Pastor Augustine Ojeka, the Administrative Secretary of 5Fold Network, in a release made available to newsmen in Calabar, said that the Dance House programme is meant to promote dancing competition not just for entertainment purpose, but to also create platform and opportunity for rewarding talents, “especially dancers in our society to find a place to express themselves and get rewarded for their skills and ability.

“We also use it as a platform to grant recognition to our amiable philanthropists existing right here in Cross River State and may be any other parts of Nigeria for all the good works they have done in their social services in supporting humanity in pains, especially the less privileged children, the orphans and widows.

“The Dance House is currently organizing the maiden edition of the competition and it aimed and titled, ‘Jerusalema Dance Challenge 2021’. We expect that our youths and all the winners of dance competition in the state and beyond would take advantage of this opportunity to be able to express themselves and bring their skills to show out and then also give entertainment to all those who shall be attending. This is an opportunity for our fun loving public to take advantage of, especially at the end of the year like this to be able to come in with their children, to sit and relax as we enjoy the Christmas season.

“I want to believe this is really going to meet its expected objective. We see this event as a divine arrangement and we give it some godly flair and also plenty of social inputs.

“We shall be organizing an audition to select all the dance groups. So the dance groups are expected to pick up forms and pay as little as N5,000 for the form, and then get enlisted to participate in the audition process. Winners from that audition will now come up for the grand finale coming on the 19th of December, 2021. This is in a nutshell what we represent and what we do.”

Mr Ojeka explained that 5Fold Preachers Network Worldwide is a non governmental organization concerned with development and progress of the gospel preaching assignment in Nigeria and the world over.

He said the NGO works and integrate with all gospel preachers that are part of the 5Fold Ministry to reach out to humanity, especially the less privileged, vulnerable persons, widows among others.

He stated further that 5Fold Gospel Preachers Network is in partnership with the Hope For Africa project, promoted and supported from the United States of America, adding that the organization has been providing help and support to widows, orphans and the downtrodden in the past two years.

“Currently we are involved in the construction of infrastructure to support this vision. We have a multi seater building going on currently at Akamkpa and there are proposal to set up an ultra modern orphanage facility to accommodate a lot of children we have been able to identify and are currently keeping, to help them grow, give them hope and exposed them to the good things of life which God has also provided for all children and mankind generally.”, Pastor Ojeka concluded.
