The Chairman of Ben Akak Foundation and Chief Executive Officer of Bengies Group of Companies, Engr. Ben Akak, Tuesday flagged-off the 2nd phase 9f support for the Prof. Ben Ayade’s Health Insurance Scheme (AyadeCare) designed for rural dwellers across the state NEGROIDHAVEN can report.
The occasion which held at Odukpani Qua Town Health Centre in Odukpani witnessed Engr Akak presenting a cheque of five hundred thousand Naira (500,000.00) only to support AyadeCare scheme across the state.
AyadeCare programme was introduced by the state Governor, Prof. Ben Ayade, to curb the viral spread of diseases amongst rural dwellers in the state. This initiative is to give them free access to medical services and also reduce their expenditure when accessing medical treatment.
Engr Akak also used the medium to urge all Cross Riverians to support Prof. Ben Ayade to enable him finish strong. He added that he doesn’t have much but a little God has given him, he feels it’s best for him to use his resources to impact on the lives of people.
