Rt Hon Daniel ‘Dansuki’ Asuquo recently inaugurated his campaign secretariat in Calabar the Cross River state capital.
The House of Representatives Member Representing Akamkpa/Biase Federal Constituency in his address welcomed and thanked dignitaries who turned up in their numbers to witness the inauguration, he said the presence of his fellow aspirants for the PDP governorship ticket signifies that PDP is the party to beat as they remain one despite their ambitions, he reiterated his desire to return cross River State to the path of prosperity giving his experience in public service and the private sector.
Earlier in his address, the Leader of the people’s democratic party PDP in CRS, and the former governor of CRS Senator Liyel Imoke eulogized Hon Daniel Asuquo for being consistent and dedicated in all given tasks. the former governor described Dansuki as a grassroots politician who understands the game of politics.
Senator Imoke who was visibly elated with the magnificent edifice of the Dansuki’s campaign office expressed joy with the taste shown by Rt Hon. Ntufam Daniel Asuquo (Dansuki).
The event which was climaxed with the cutting of tape by Senator Imoke had the following dignitaries in attendance: Senator Gershom Bassey, Senator Sandy Onor, Senator Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe, His Excellency Effiok Cobham, Rt Hon Bassey Ewa, Prof Mrs. Stella Attoe, Ambassador Mrs. Nkoyo Toyo, Ntufam Ekpo Okon, Members of the state executive committee of the PDP, Religious Leaders, Women, and Youth Groups.
