Chief Henry Onwe congratulates Idagbor, Orim, Ngaji over their primary election victories

Chief Henry Onwe, the front runner in the 2022 Ogoja/Yala Federal Constituency House of Representatves by-election has sent hearty congratulations to the trio of Hon Legor Idagbo, Hon Martins Orim and Hon Jude Ngaji over their victories in the APC primary election.

In separate letters to them made available to our reporter, Chief Onwe described the candidates of the APC in the Northern Senatorial districts as square pegs in square holes that will make the party proud and people rejoice

To Legor, Chief Onwe wrote “Your victory in the primary election to on again represent the good people of Obudu/Bekwara Obanlikwu did not come to me as a surprise. You have held the candle high, touched lives, executed projects and programmes which write your name in gold”

He mentioned water schemes, empowerment programmes, rural road infratructure and specifically the recent training of over one hundred persons in computer and phone repairs as one of those projects which have endeared the House of Reps member to the heart of his people.

“Your re-election will be smooth and hitchfree as the primary because you have proven to be an efficient and effective leader of your people. You have have tested and today you are trusted”.

In the message to Hon Martins Orim, the former Chief of Staff to His Excellency Senator Ben Ayade who emerged the standard bearer if the APC for the Senate election in the Northern District, Chief Onwe lauded him for his loyalty to the governor which is the reason the governor is standing behind him assuring him that victory in the February 2023 election would be smooth and landslide.

“I salute you for your courage, loyalty and selfless work to our state while you served our Digital Governor as Chief of Staff. This victory and support of our dear Governor to you is a sign of trust which will transcend to landslide electoral fortunes in 2023”.

Chief Onwe also expressed joy on the unopposed emergence of Hon Jude Ngaji to represent Ogoja/Yala Federal Constituency as a testament of his good works over time and assured him of his support and that of his team.

“May I assure you once again that my team and I would stand behind you during the campaign and election which will surely coast to victory”.

He called on the people to vote for the trio massively during the 2023 elections because they are good choices which will ensure effective representation .
