A Nigerian two-term lawmaker has secured the ticket of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC to represent a federal constituency at the anticipated 10th National Assembly NEGROIDHAVEN can report authoritatively.

Delegates in Obudu to cast their votes during the APC Bekwarra/Obudu/Obanliku Federal Constituency primary election

Rt. Hon. Legor Idagbo of Bekwarra/Obudu/ Obanliku Federal Constituency (in Cross River state) on Friday secured an absolute landslide at the just-concluded APC House of Representatives primary election holding across the country.

The aspirant and Member of 9th House of Representatives, in an exercise which held in Obudu local government council field, won the primary election of the party with a total of one hundred fifty (150) votes while his rival, Martha Agba scored only zero (0) vote.

While announcing the results the returning electoral officer, Hon. Okoma Inyang, said Rt. Hon. Idagbo having polled the highest number of valid votes is returned elected and winner of the primary election.

The visibly excited Idagbo promised to attract more federal presence to the federal constituency.
