Nigeria’s opposition People’s Democratic Party, PDP lawmaker, Rt. Hon. Chris Agibe, representing Ikom/Boki Federal Constituency in the 9th House of Representatives allegedly kneels to beg constituents for support for third term.
Agibe who is a ranking lawmaker is said to be one of the worst performing lawmakers in the history of Cross River state: He is said to be only seen during general elections and has almost no bill, motion and project to his name.
