The incumbent member representing Calabar Municipality, Rt. Hon Efa Esua has been declared winner of the House of Assembly PDP primary election.
In the primary election which took place on Monday, Esua polled 15 votes to defeat closest rival, Hon Ankot Cobham, who scored 14 votes.
Other contestants including Solomon Ika had 1 vote and Barrister Felix Asikpo scored zero.
