Nigeria’s ruling party the All Progressives Congress, APC has been taunted by the Labour Party, LP in respect of the former’s poor outing in the just-concluded gubernatorial elections in Osun, South Western Nigeria.

Dr L. U. Ofem the PRO of LP in Cross River taunted the failure of APC to convince the electorates in Osun in the direction of their flag-bearer: ‘APC with all their structures lost elections in the native home of their presidential candidate.’

Ofem went as far as predicting the outcome of the presidential elections in Lagos come 2023: ‘This is how the elections in 2023 will go. Obi will win in Lagos, Nigerians are waiting to vote him because of his credibility. 2023 is about personalities, and not party’, the PRO asserted.
