The Cross River State Controller of Nigerian Correctional Service, Barr S D KINANE paid courtesy call on the 5th August, 2022 to the Commander 305 Special Mobility Group of the Nigerian Air Force Calabar A O Bamidele at his office.
SD Kinane while exchanging in depth discussion with the Commander, revealed that the essence of his visit was to introduce himself to the Commander and other Stakeholders as it is expected of every newly deployed State controller to the Command. He also said that it was necessary for him to get in touch with sister security agencies to attract mutual cooperation amongst different security agencies and to understand the security architecture as the tradition of the state demands.
The Commander Bamidele, while receiving the Controller expressed delight over the visit and assured him of sustainable partnership and a good working relationship throughout their duty tour in the state.
He however added that, the implementation of security operations is no longer the propriety of one organization. He thus sued for a collective concerted efforts of all in order to achieve our common goal.
Finally, he called for regular meetings of all service commanders with the security apparatus on modern security techniques to combat crime.
