Otu of the APC has been officially declared governor-elect of Cross River state.

Governorship election held on Saturday 18th March 2023 after a postponement from 11th March due to ligation from the presidential suit of the Labour Party, LP.

Calabar South LGA voted more than any other LGA for the APC’s guber candidate, while Ogoja LGA voted more for PDP’s Sandy Ojang Onor. Bakassi registered the lowest votes for both flag-bearers and parties.
