‘Tell Your Story with Quinesta,’ a radio program on Hit 95.9 FM Calabar won the Best Radio Show (English) at the maiden edition of The Nigerian Broadcasters Awards, TNBA, organised by the Broadcasting Organization of Nigeria, BON and held Wednesday in Lagos.
The TNBA, recognises outstanding achievements and contributions in the broadcasting industry across various categories of awards. It has 26 awards across three major categories – Radio (12), Television (12) and General (2).
‘Tell Your Story with Quinesta’ which airs live, every Saturday morning beat five other programmes; Boys Quarters on Ray Power FM, Cool or Not Cool on Cool FM Kano, Morning Crossfire on Nigeria Info FM, Adult Conversations on WFM and The Radio Show on Cool FM Lagos to clinch the award.
The weekly show propagates various philanthropic endeavours, advocating for positive change and amplifying important social issues.
