The Cross River State Government, under the leadership of His Excellency Sen. Prince Bassey Otu, has scheduled to hold an International Cooperation and Investment Summit in Calabar, the Cross River State Capital NEGROIDHAVEN has confirmed.
The conference is billed to take place at the Calabar International Convention Center, Calabar with the theme; ‘The Paradigm Shift’.
A statement signed and made available to journalists, by the local organising committee, indicates that renowned captains of industry such as the Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings Plc, Dr. Herbert Wigwe; DG, Nigeria Country Office, African Development Bank (AFDB), Mr. Lamin G. Barrow; and the Vice President Operations ECOWAS Bank, Dr. O.M.O Ashimilowo, will be the summit keynote speakers.
The Investment Summit which will also feature prominent guest speakers across the world will bring together international development organizations, thought leaders, and private sector leaders from around the globe.
It will also promote international cooperation and enable the government to identify innovative solutions to solve the development challenges confronting the State.
The event is scheduled to commence from Wednesday 30th to 31st of August 2023, by 10AM prompt.
The general public, especially government officials, captains of industry, researchers, political leaders, corporate organisations, institutions of learning and government bureaucrats, are by this notice invited to attend.
