NDDC Salutes Governor Otu’s Transformational Leadership on Second Anniversary

Calabar— The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has joined other stakeholders in congratulating the Executive Governor of Cross River State, Senator Bassey Otu, on the occasion of his second anniversary in office NEGROIDHAVEN can report.

In a goodwill message signed by the NDDC Commissioner and Cross River State Representative, Rt. Hon. Orok Otu Duke, Ph.D, the Commission commended Governor Otu’s administration for what it described as “two transformative years” marked by visionary leadership and an unwavering devotion to public service.

“These past twenty-four months have been a testament to your rare commitment and purposeful governance,” the message read. “Under your stewardship, Cross River State has witnessed a renaissance both in infrastructure and human capital development.”

The NDDC praised the Governor for restoring dignity and hope among citizens, noting that his administration has rekindled a sense of public confidence and inspired collective pride.

Rt. Hon. Duke further assured the state government of the NDDC’s continued partnership in delivering inclusive and sustainable development across the state. “We remain committed to support your agenda, ensuring that no community, no matter how remote, is left behind,” he stated.

The message also highlighted the groundswell of public acclaim for Governor Otu’s tenure, describing it as evidence of earned trust, competence, and leadership that resonates with the people.

The NDDC wished the Governor continued wisdom and strength as he leads Cross River State into “an even greater glory.”
