ELECTION TRIBUNAL UPDATE:
These cases were called today.
1. Sen Bassey Otu and Labour Party vs Gershom Bassey, PDP and INEC.
2. Dr Sandy Onoh and Labour Party vs Rt Hon John Owan Enoh, PDP and INEC.
3. Egbe Abeng and Labour Party vs Mike Etaba, PDP and INEC.
4. Dr Alex Egbona and Labour Party vs Rt Hon Bassey Ewa, PDP and INEC.
5. Rt Hon Dominic Aqua Edem and Labour Party vs Apostle Essien Ekpenyong Ayi, PDP and INEC.

Our Lawyers were brilliant. All the affidavits the opposition wanted to use to strike us out on technicality did not succeed. Neither was the effort to make any case become academic, successful.

All Court cases have been adjourned. Some till 22nd of June, 2015, others will get their respective dates soon.

Note that the legal framework for a favourable trial has been initiated. Kudos to Barrister Essien and the entire Labour Party Lawyers, they were awesome.

We expect that the subsequent sittings will unfold Labour Party's VICTORY at the National Assembly Polls.

To all our supporters who came out in their numbers to hear and witness the court proceedings, thank you so much for keeping faith with us.

For those who couldn't make it to court, please, Keep getting your information from this platform. Don't depend on rumours from any source.

Keep praying for the success of the case. The success of these Labour candidates is the success of all.
Labour Party!! Forward Ever!!

Comrade Daniel Oku, State Publicity Secretary.
