Manchester Unites no doubt were regarded favourite to land 28 year old Spanish super star Pedro, after Angel Di Maria left for French Champions PSG.
Jose Mourinho has now lost his patience for the failure of teams' lack lustre performance, as well lack of creativity, and has moved ahead of Luis Van Gal to sanction the move for Pedro.
Chelsea seems to have pull the plug on Pedro earlier on but Mourinho now sees his team lacks depth and creativity going forward and knows it would be disastrous for him if rivals Man United secure his signature.
Pedro is currently in London to undergo a medical after which he will put pen to paper.
