Imo state has decided to do the needful and create what many industry practitioners have requested for many years – a Nollywood city.
Going by the reports that we gathered the project is engineered by the Owerri-basedMicro Small Medium Enterprises (MSME) Business School in Okuku Owerri Imo State and when completed it would have the following features:
1.International Film Studio
2.An African Village Square Setting
3.Arts Gallery
4.Artificial Lake
5.Fish Pond
And a place for the founder of the project : MSME Business School as their permanent site.
If you’re wonder how all these features could fit in the proposed site? Well, the land for the project is 100,000 square meters that is palm plantation fertile.
