The Supreme Court today sitting in Abuja has announced that it will be delivering a definitive judgement on the Governor Ben Ayade, Peoples Democratic Party Vs Joe Agi SAN come 9th December 2016 as against 17 January 2017.
NegroidHaven.org has reliably learnt that the court admitted all the motions submitted by the plaintiff Mr Joe Agi SAN. Again, it was learnt that the defendant, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) apologised to the apex court for filling a wrong candidate who furnished the party with erroneous information that led to his selection.
