His Excellency, Sen Prof. Ayade Benedict, the Executive Governor of Cross River State has approved the constitution of a team from the educational sector (tertiary), representatives of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and firms to ensure access to the Japanese Government Grant Assistance for Cultural Grassroot Project.
Therefore, the following institutions/organizations are to send two representative for a meeting at Governor’s Office at 11:00am on Thursday, 12th October, 2017 thus:

2. Institute of Management Technology, Ugep
3. College of Education, Akpamkpa
4. Department of Cross River State Library Services
5. Cross River State Broadcasting Corporation, CRBC
6. Mediatrix Foundation
7. Action for Rural Development (AFRUD)
8. Children of Rural Africa, CORAFRICA
9. Euchlomax Engr Nigeria Limited
10. Ripe Fruits Enterprise Limited
11. Sketchline Nigeria Limited.
Please one of the two representatives of the above institution/organizations should be drawn from the project/works department.
