APGA's Chief Willie Obiano, Sunday, was declared winner by Nigeria's election umpire INEC in the just concluded governorship election in Anambra State with a total vote of 234,071.
From results made available, Tony Nwoye of APC came second with 98,752 votes, Oseloka Obaze of PDP took third with 70,593 votes and Osita Chidoka of UPP fourth with 7,746 votes.
It's being speculated by some social commentators and political analysts that the economic independence in Anambra maybe the reason underlying why Anambra hasn't still fallen to PDP or APC. Could this be true?
