Following President Muhammadu Buhari's refusal to assent to the bill establishing Peace Corps of Nigeria, the Regimental Sergent Major (RSM) of Peace Corps of Nigeria, Gombe State Command fainted upon hearing the heart wrenching news NegroidHaven can say.
The unidentified officer is heard to be saying, 'Buhari! Buhari! Buhari!…' in repeated succession as colleagues poured water on him to revive him.

Recall that on Tuesday 27 February 2018, President Muhammadu Buhari has declined his assent to the Nigerian Peace Corps (Establishment) Bill passed by the National Assembly in 2017.
In a letter read by the speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, on Tuesday, Mr. Buhari cited security concerns and financial implications amongst reasons for his decision.
