Jeremiah Archibong and Jonathan Ugbal Managing Editor and News Editor of CrossRiverWatch have been granted bail at Court 1 of the Magistrate Court NEGROIDHAVEN can say authoritatively.
The Chief Magistrate Rita Marshall said prosecution failed to give legal reasons why the accused should not be granted bail. The bail bond is N1, 000, 000.
Their incarceration was made on Monday 5th August at Cultural Centre on account of the #RevolutionIsNow protest convened by Omoyele Sowore the presidential candidate of the AAC and political activist.
