In respect of the suit between John Gaul vs Chief Alex Egbona, the court sitting in Calabar Cross River capital city has ruled that Fresh elections should be conducted in Ekureku 1 and 2 within 90 days from today to determined winner of the Abi/Yakurr Federal Constituency.
