The Cross River Movement (TCRM), a non-partisan, non-governmental, not-for-profit reformative organization in partnership with Africa Leadership Group is launching a unique initiative called ‘Ask The Candidates’, an interactive session with Cross River state governorship candidates from five major political parties (PDP, SDP, APC, Labour Party and PRP), to share their vision and plans for the state if they emerge as governor elect NEGROIDHAVEN can report.

According to Edidiong Ebigwai, the Executive Assistant at TCRM ‘Our elections in 2023 are just around the corner and the choices we make during those elections will impact on the lives of over 4 million people. So, our organisation considers an engagement with the respective party flag-bearers in a session which will elicit their anticipated plans for the citizenry and residents of the state if given the opportunity to serve at that level.

‘This event will hold within September and October 2022, with Iso Bassey, Founder and CEO of TCRM as host. We encourage our listeners to visit www.crossrivermove.com/askthecandidates to find out more and to submit a question.’

Ebigwai further explained that this series of events will kick off on the Sunday, 11th of September, 2022 with the People’s Democratic Party (PDP)’s gubernatorial candidate, Senator Sandy Ojang Onor, by 4:00 PM WAT, via Zoom (virtual).

She informed that interested participants can join the conversation by using the meeting ID: 236-150-3279. The event will be live streamed on Facebook, Youtube and other media channels.

NEGROIDHAVEN gathered that TCRM is partnering with African Leadership Group, Calabar Chamber of Commerce Industry Mines & Agriculture, Cross River Economic Summit Organisation, and others for a successful outing.
