William Samoei Ruto has been sworn in as the new president of the Republic of Kenya (Tuesday 13th September according to the country’s calendar).
He is the fifth president of the Republic along his deputy, Rigathi Gachagua.
Recall that on 15 August Ruto was declared the duly elected President of Kenya.
