Nigerian chef, Hilda Effiong Bassey, popularly known as Hilda Baci, four days ago embarked on an audacious cook-a-thon project to break the Guinness World Record for longest cooking time by one person.

An Indian chef by name Lata Tondon currently holds the world’s longest cooking marathon, which she completed in 2019 by cooking for 87 hours, 45 minutes, and 00 secs in Rewa, India.
27 years old Baci started her 4-day cooking marathon mission on the 11th of May at the Amore Gardens in Lagos, she is fast approaching her target and has already cooked for 80 hours and few minutes.
