Succi Stitches Empowers Youth Through Free Skill Acquisition Programme

Calabar, Cross River stateSucci Stitches Fashion and Design, under the leadership of CEO Ms. Nkoyo Asukwo, has launched its second edition of a transformative three-month empowerment programme. This initiative aims to equip young individuals with valuable skills and opportunities for self-improvement NEGROIDHAVEN can say.

The project’s core objective is to empower and uplift individuals, particularly youth, who are seeking employment and the chance to acquire practical skills. The programme, led by Succi Stitches, offers free skill acquisition training in the field of fashion and design.

This impactful initiative is based in Adiabo, Ikot Mbo Otu, Odukpani Local Government Area, Calabar, Cross River state.

The programme officially commenced on Wednesday, running for three months, from September to November. Participants can expect intensive training sessions, five days a week, from 8 am to 5 pm.

In a brief interaction with Ms Asukwo, the driving force behind this project is to provide young people with the means to escape unemployment and embark on a journey of entrepreneurship. By imparting valuable skills, she hopes to open doors for participants to establish their own successful businesses.

Her words, ‘This free training is directly from me, the CEO Succi Stitches Fashion and Design. This is my 002 edition. I do it to help those that don’t have work, to learn a skill from me and my partners and also become business owners like me’.

Ms. Asukwo is not only the visionary behind this initiative but also a hands-on facilitator. Her commitment, along with her dedicated team, ensures the programme’s success. Their collective goal is to positively impact as many young lives as possible.

Moreover, after the completion of this year’s programme, the Succi Stitches team plans to extend their efforts to the Creek Town community, reinforcing their dedication to empowering youth through skill acquisition.
