Over twenty young individuals from Calabar Municipal Council have recently undergone cosmetology training, thanks to the efforts of Hon. Stanley Nsemo, the representative of the constituency in the State House of Assembly. This initiative reflects his commitment to fulfilling the promises he made to the people during his election campaign NEGROIDHAVEN has confirmed.
The comprehensive training program, which benefitted young school leavers from all ten political wards in Calabar Municipality, aimed to equip them with valuable skills while creating opportunities for sustainable livelihoods.
Representing Hon. Nsemo during the training, Mr. Otang Romeo, the Constituency Liaison Officer, reaffirmed the lawmaker’s commitment to conducting various training and empowerment programs regularly.
“Hon. Nsemo has remained true to his pledge to the people of Calabar Municipality, as he promised empowerment initiatives that would foster self-dependence and liberate the constituents from economic challenges,” stated Mr. Otang Romeo.
He further announced that additional empowerment programs would be introduced quarterly to help alleviate the impact of the high cost of living within the constituency.
