The Niger Delta Development Commission’s Cross River State Representative, Rt. Hon. Otuekong Orok Duke, is grieving the untimely demise of Prince David Ikpeme at the age of 23 after a brief illness NEGROIDHAVEN has confirmed. Expressing his sorrow, Duke lamented the tragic loss, emphasizing that he had last met Prince David two decades ago when he was just a child. He conveyed his condolences, saying, “My coming to meet with him should have been in a celebration and not in death, but God knows best.”
