Akpabuyo โ The Executive Chairman of Akpabuyo Local Government Council, Hon. Effiom Bassey Effiong, has mandated all newly sworn-in councillors and recently appointed officers to proceed with their official documentation process NEGROIDHAVEN can say.
This directive, contained in a press release signed by the secretary of council, Comr. Juliet Bassey, dated 18th November 2024, emphasizes the importance of completing the documentation exercise promptly to facilitate seamless integration into their respective roles.
The documentation process is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 19th November 2024, at 10:00 am, at the council headquarters in Ikot Nakanda, Akpabuyo LGA.ย 
In preparation for the exercise, the affected individuals are required to bring the following:
1. Four passport photographs
2. Two file jackets
3. Original credentials
4. Two photocopies of their credentials
5. Press release of appointment (for newly appointed officers)
According to Comr. Bassey., Secretary of the Council, the exercise is crucial for administrative efficiency and alignment with the council’s operational protocols.
Newly inducted councillors and appointees are encouraged to adhere to the outlined requirements and time schedule to facilitate a smooth process.
