Peter Cech has finally signed with the Gunners in an undisclosed fee on a long-term contract.

Peter Cech who joined Chelsea from French side Rennes in 2004 has made more than 450 appearances for Chelsea in his 11 season with the club as Chelsea undisputable no. 1.

With Jose Mourinho he wouldn't want the 33 year old Czech experience goalkeeper leave Stamford Bridge due to his success he has had with Chelsea. But Peter Cech is just too good to be on the bench for any club side, as he had lost his place to young Belgian Thibaut Courtois.

Cech has had plenty of success with the Blues winning four Premier League, four FA Cups, three football League Cups, One UEFA Europa League and one UEFA Champions League.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger said: "Petr Cech is a player I have admired for a long time and I am very pleased that he has decided to join us."

Cech added: "When Arsene Wenger spoke to me about his ambitions for this club, and how he saw me as part of this team, the decision was clear."
