The Governor of Delta State, Okowa to Ifeanyi has oppose to inciting comments from Nigerians concerning President buhari’s declaration of his assets.

The Governor noted that President buhari’s declaration was a welcome development saying ” What the president has today in terms of his personal wealth ought not to be the business of Nigerians”

Okowa said “I don’t comments on assets declaration, assests declaration is personal. But his personal wealth and all he has at the moment is not supposed to be the business of Nigerians. The only thing we should be concerned about is what is going to be his output in government. That is where we should concentrate on”

Meanwhile, the opposition party PDP described assets declaration by President Buhari and Vice President Osinbanjo as a deceptive Window dressing to hoodwink unsuspecting Nigerians.

The PDP noticed that President Buhari and his Vice failed to present copies of their declaration carrying the exact nature and value of their assets.
