NEWS :Student Arrested For Cultism In Imo State.

According to The Guardian,  Some students of the Emmanuel secondary school college Owerri,  have been arrested by the Imo  State Government Officials  over cult related activities, the Imo State Governor, Chief Rochas Okorocha, has disclosed. 
Briefing journalist in owerri on Wednesday, Okorocha said the security agencies were handling the issue, adding that they would be made to face the Law accordingly. 
Although, he did not mention the names of those involved in the activity according to him, their arrest were made possible by the officials of Special Squad Constituted by the state government to move around the schools in the 27 local government Council of the state to curb such cult members. 
He also said that Government would no longer tolerate such alarming rate of escalation of the menace in the state. 
He warned  parents to train their children and wards, adding that henceforth, government had taken security problems in the state serious.
