This is Arsenal's equal heaviest defeat in European history, they lost 4-0 v Milan in February 2012. And
have conceded five goals in a European game for only the second time (5-2 v Spartak Moscow in 1982/83 Uefa Cup).

It's all turning table for the German machines, as they responded swiftly to the defeat they suffered in the first leg at Emirates.

Ruthless Bayern, opened scoring 10 mins into the game through Polish Lewandoski, after beating an offside trap intended by slow pace Matersaker. Arsenal responded swiftly with a goal from German Ozil, only to be disallowed for a handball, which could have been a vital force to regain sanity.

The goals won't stop as German keeps pressing, as Thomas Muller doubled the lead with a deflected shot, David Alaba added the third with a ferocious shot before halftime. Substitute, Arjen Ruben added the fourth second half with his first touch of the ball 37 seconds. France Oliver Giroud scored a superb consolation goal well controlled by his chest and neatly finished by a volley. Regular scorer added the fifth for the Germans nine minutes form time to make it 5-1.

Greek Olympiakos on the other hand, came from behind to defeat visiting team Dinamo Zagreb 2-1, a late and narrow win for the Greek. It leaves Arsenal third place in the group with just three (3) points from four matches played, Olympiakos nine points, Bayern topping with goals also nine points.

Arsenal needs to win their last two matches and beat the Greeks with at least two goal margin to ensure qualification for the round of 16.
