"Premier League teams will have an incredible financial situation from now on and we are worried," Bartomeu told BBC sports editor Dan Roan.
But Bartomeu said his goal is to reach 1,000m euros (£780m) annual revenue to "develop our club and make it bigger."
Arsenal have much to worry about with the trident of Messi, Neymar and Suarez having scored a total of 91 goals so far this season in all competition.
Defending Champions Barcelona are looking forward to winning the title back to back as they are currently unbeaten in 32 league and cup games respectively.
