Sequel to having come under intense criticism from the Editor of Negroid Haven, Efio-Ita Nyok, for perceived silence over the gruesome killings of indigenes in Ukpabi Nimbo Community in Uzo Uwani LGA of Enugu State on 25 April 2016 beginning from 4am, Cross River leading social commentator, Barr. Joseph Odok, has finally succumb to pressure and found reason to air his mind on the saga. He did this in a Facebook post titled: The Criminal Killings by Fulani Herdsmen, a Set Back on PMB's Anti Terrorism Drive.

What follows is the exact words of the APC apologist, Buharist and self acclaimed social media change agent.

*'No sane person will justify the killing of any innocent Nigerian under any guise. Some criminal elements and especially Boko Haram members and refugees from neighboring countries have change their game of operation having been defeated by the government of PMB and sent away from the Sambisa Forest.

Their new tactics is to operate as cattle rustlers. This is a great challenge to the Buhari's fight against terrorism as Nigerians are tempted to run into some sponsored conclusions that the whole issue of cat rustlers is a Hausa agenda to Islamise Nigeria.

While condoling with our brothers and sisters in Benue State and Enugu and increasingly calling on the president to act fast, I clearly state that the activities of cattle rustlers is not a northern agenda but the new face of terrorism in Nigeria.

We must not politicize the killing of any Nigerian but rather look for what will glue us more as a one Nigeria. All killings done by either boko  haram or Niger Delta militancy, or mossob, or any criminal guise must be condemned by all well meaning Nigerians. It define our commonness once we rise to condemn any form of killing of any innocent Nigerian by any person from any tribe. It saves us to eschew our tribal, party or religious sentiments when we commenting on issues as serious as terrorism. We must not politicize every thing especially the killing of any body in order to score cheap religious, ethnic or political sentiment'.

The like of Prince Thomas Abi Jr., Inyali Peter, Princewill Odidi, etc have expressed their points of view on the recent killings. Even President Muhammadu Buhari, the Commander-in-Chief of Nigeria's armed forces, finally found reasons to react against his fellow kinsmen's madness but not after about two days of the attack.
