A Nigerian Army officer by name, Omini Eteng Abam, is allegedly missing.

Information has it that the said Army Officer is of Nko ethnicity in Yakurr LGA serving in the 82 Division of the Nigerian Army. It is reported that the Mr Abam was whisked away by unknown men while 'returning home', and accusing fingers are pointing towards Mkpani.

His phones were switched off as nothing was heard of him as at the time of filing this report.

Below is what his cousin, Akpama Willis, posted on Facebook yesterday:

Can somebody help here…The MKPANI COMMUNITY is yet to stop killing the NKO  man … My cousin who is an Army personnel with 82 division has been whisked away to MKPANI today while trying to return home. His Phones switch off and nothing heard from him.

Efforts to reach the family before the time of filling this report has been abortive as there are no response to text messages.
