I am worried that no project has been commissioned or completed since the formation of the Federal Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, in 2008; except a cassava processing plant in Ondo State, which we commissioned recently.
While we do several other things we want to know what job was awarded and to whom, how much and what has been done, to see if it conforms to what has been paid.

Ugep, Cross River-born Niger Delta Affairs Minister, Pst Usani Uguru Usani, early this week took to his Facebook page to register what he termed 'worry'. And guess what it is: that since the formation of the Ministry of Niger-Delta Affairs in 2008, which he now man, not a single project has been completed or commissioned excerpt 'a Cassava processing plant' which the Ministry just commissioned in his tenure in office. Negroidhaven.org is to independently confirm Minister Usani's assertion.
It's based on this realisation that he is to set on a review of all contracts awarded, by whom, to whom and to what tune of millions where these contracts awarded under the Ministry. It's obvious the Honourable Minister will open up some cans of worms the EFCC and other antigraft, etc agencies will be happy to feast on?

I don't believe this story, its not possible that only one project has been successfully completed. Nddc has been doing a lot.
