A corpse is lying on the road by Excel Tech Filling Station, off Parliamentary Extension, Calabar Municipality.
Rumours have it that the dead individual may have been a victim of lynching by residents of the area who must have sent him to his early grave for stealing an electric generator set from the neighborhood.
His body was deposited there around 1AM today, and there are machete cut about his body suggesting his experience may have been a mob action.
I am calling on the Ministry of Environment under the leadership of Mike Eraye and other concerned institutions to come and dispose of the lifeless body.
