Reliable information avers that Pres. Buhari is presently not in the country as has departed for the 6thTokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD VI) which is scheduled to hold in Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya from tomorrow, Saturday 27th- Sunday 28th August, 2016.
According to our source, the summit, is co-organised and sponsored by the Government of Japan, the United Nations Office of the Special Adviser on Africa, the United Nations Development programme, the African Union and the World Bank respectively.
Its focus will among other things be based on
1# The promotion of structural economic transformation through diversification and industrialisation;
2# promoting resilient health system for quality life .
3# The promotion of social stability for shared prosperity.
