SPORT: Manchester United Late Win Wasn’t A Fluke

Manchester United Boss Jose Mourinho found his team held ransom until the last minute to record an win away to Hull City who defeated Leicester City at the open game of the season.

Jose Mourinho who obviously knows the know how of the English Premier League, found his voice lost in the murmurs of rain, as he was trying to reach his players to get them organised in finding the right solution to cough out a win.

At a goalless first half, Mourinho speaking to news conference after the match he said; "I said to the players at half-time that, in training on Wednesday, they were more intense than in the first half today. I said to them 'give me that.'"

The dressing room motivation saw Manchester United dominated the game more and more, as they saw chances missed and saved from Hull City goalkeeper. It took the introduction of England under 21, 18 year old Rashford to break the deadlock as he netted in a Wayne Rooney's cross 92 minutes of stoppage time to hand Manchester United a well deserved 1-0 win.

Also speaking to news conference he added; "When we brought the kid to the game, it gave us a diversity of football. We started playing a different way. Of course we had a bit of luck at the end.

"He's very good. I knew that last season. Working with him every day, I think the same.

"Tonight he came on and gave us diversity in our football. He is different to [Wayne] Rooney and different to Zlatan [Ibrahimovic]."
