While addressing a group of youthful audience yesterday at the 2016 Career Day organised by The Bridge Leadership Foundation (TBLF) at the International Conference Centre, Calabar, Barr. John Gaul Lebo who incidentally is the Speaker of the 8th Cross River State House of Assembly (CRSHA) and was representing the Speaker of Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly (AKSHA), Rt. Hon. Onofiok Luke, revealed to the audience that some members of the 8th CRSHA were forced to have email accounts.

In Barr. Lebo's words, 'We forced some members of the House of Assembly to have emails when we wanted them to be accessible especially on the internet'. The representative of the AKSHA Speaker made this startling revelation when he took a swipe against youths of Cross River State origin for indolence. He said that when the leadership of the CRSHA was looking for how to create an ICT application that would aid in combating insecurity in the state, they had to go to Lagos. It's on the heels of this that Barr. Lebo hinted that 'If you must succeed, you must relocate your mind from Calabar to Lagos'.

Barr Lebo confessed that if not for his mentor, former Governor Liyel Imoke he wouldn't have been at his present estate in life. In his words, 'I wouldn't have been here if not for people like Sen. Liyel Imoke'.

In the course of addressing the crowd Barr Lebo who confessed that 'My greatest aspirations was to be a public servant', cautioned the youths against wanting to be public servants. He told them that if you must succeed you must read a little of architecture and think like one, intimating them that architects think about solution. He identified three sets of 'architects': 'Solution architect, Decision architect, Future Architect'.
