It was an unprecedented victory for Ayo Makun, a popular stand up comedian whose movie
"30 days in Atlanta" , blazes the trail into the most envied Guinness Book of World Records.
The movie which was shot in Atlanta of USA featured prominent and talented actors like Ramsey Noah, Richard Mofe Damijo, Desmond Elliot, Princess Chineke, Majid Michael and a host of others, has received accolades from the world Guinness book of records.
Laying credence to Vanguard, the movie was officially recognized by the 2017 Guinness World Records as one of the films with the highest domestic mixture in the territories of Bollywood, Nollywood and Hollywood.
AY's "30 Days In Atlanta, stood as a trailblazer amongst others like, PK which was made in India and Star Wars- produced in the United States.
AY being overwhelmed by his success, took to his social media page and wrote:
“Warri boy don enter 2017 Guinness World Records with 30 days in Atlanta o.
I’m dedicating this milestone in my career to all the cast and crew of 30 days in Atlanta and also to everyone who went to the cinemas to see the movie when it came out.”
According to Vanguard,
This is the first time ever that the Nigerian "Nollywood" film industry will achieve such feat and be registered in the Guinness World Records since 1955 when it was first published.
