The National Association of Ogoja Students Worldwide (NAOS WW) have indicated her interest to shoulder the financial implication of catering for one hundred orphans in primary schools across Ogoja local government area as popular public affairs analyst Prince Thomas Abi Jr has weighed in his monetary support for the intended gesture NegroidHaven can state authoritatively.

In a phone call today by our correspondent to Mr Austin Obeh the President of NAOS WW it was gathered that the association will be getting school uniforms, hand bags, note books, pens, pencils and tuition fees amongst others for these set of disadvantaged pupils. 'Immediately we are done with securing the needed support from our stakeholders, we will kick off the exercise.

'The event aims at providing school uniforms, tuition fees, handbags and customised notebooks for one hundred pupils in the local government area', he concluded.

NegroidHaven also learnt that a popular social commentator in the state of Ogoja origin, Prince Thomas Abi Jr, who hails from Mbube precisely has thrown in his support for the intended gesture by NAOS WW by donating in cash to take care of five pupils. A member of the state executive council who incidentally hails from the said LGA is understood to have donated for ten students.

The gesture by both NAOS WW and Prince Thomas Abi Jr is commendable. Quality education should be our greatest legacy in this state and country at large.
