Keke Napep riders and tricycle have refused to buy their daily ticket even when it was suspended for some weeks by the Honourable Commissioner for Transport Orman Esin NegroidHaven has gathered.
According to press release by the Commissioner the Ministry had begun the sales of ticket with effect from 5th May, 2017 excluding weekends and public holidays.
Keke Napep riders have reportedly embarked on the maiming and slaughtering of agents selling tickets?
There's this unconfirmed sentiment from some quarters of Akwa Ibom that the decision not to buy tickets is to discredit Orman Esin simply because he is from Oron.
