The Inter-party Advisory Committee (IPAC), the umbrella body of registered Political Parties in Nigeria, yesterday, 21 September elected for herself a new State Executive Council at Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) office in Calabar NegroidHaven can report authoritatively.
Seven political parties made it to the EXCO thus:
1. Pst Sunday Michael, ID, Chairman
2. Dr Uke Onun, PDP, Deputy Chairman
3. Mr Patrick Ali, PPA, Secretary
4. Hon Gift Oqua Eta, NEPP, Deputy Secretary
5. Engr Eno Enang, Accord, Treasurer
6. Mr Castro Ezama, YPP, Financial Secretary
7. Mr Christopher Eyibio, AD, Publicity Secretary
I want to believe that IPAC in Cross River will live to the true essence of its constitution and not a pressure instrument for either the ruling party or the major opposition political party.
