Contrary to popular sentiments, attempts by officers of State Security Service (SSS) to apprehend Isa El-Buba, founder of EBOMI ministries on Monday night failed NegroidHaven can report. This was as a result of the quick intervention of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN officials, led by its north central chairman, Yakubu Pam. Our correspondent has further Culled a remark from El-Buba's Facebook page denying arrest.

According to online news website, PremiumTimes, the SSS, had moved against a clergyman after he asked church members to vote out President Muhammadu Buhari for “failing” Nigerians.
The effort almost degenerated into a clash with between SSS operatives and local youth in Jos.
Mr. Pam told PT in a telephone interview on Tuesday that CAN had intervened and restored peace.
He however did not disclose why the SSS attempted to arrest Mr. El-Buba. But a close source to the pastor said the SSS was after Mr. El-Buba following his comments on the recent killings in Benue state.
He accused President Buhari of incompetence.
In a video, Mr. El-Buba called on church members to obtain voters cards and vote out Mr. Buhari in 2019, blaming him for the Benue killings.
Pam also said the director general of SSS in Abuja had mandated him to interact with Mr. El-Buba, and report back to him (SSS) boss.
Nine hours ago, this was what El-Buba registered on his Facebook timeline : 'Thank you all for your support in fighting this course, I am really glad in my Spirit that Nigerians are ready to see that there is an end to the brutal and gruesome murder of our fellow brothers and sisters, indeed we are one family born with a course to be great.
'Yesterday the enemy came like a floored, but the ALMIGHTY raised a standard against them. I was not arrested as many quoted, I held the service today been the 16th Day of the Time with Jesus meeting and I am in my prayer room preparing for a greater tomorrow.
'I am so so grateful and pray that this fire will continue until the NEW NIGERIA is born. Remain blessed, stay focused, stay card ready. WE MUST VOTE!!!'
