Mr Ogar Augustine Otuokwa is a Cross Riverian who hails from Wula village in Eastern Boki, Boki Local Government Area of Cross River State.
He has just invented a 20Watts Hydroelectric power machine that uses a bucket of water to charge mobile phones.
In the process of the invention, Otuokwa said he was using locally sourced materials for the project.
Otuokwa, 32, is a Graduate of Electronics and Computer Technology, University of Calabar, Calabar.
Known for the invention of a 200 Watts mini Hydroelectric power plant that generate electricity for the plant site and its surrounding in January, 2018, Engr. Otuokwa has come up with another of his innovation, a simple prototype of Hydroelectric power machine that if modified can make use of a bucket of Water to charge Mobile phones and other accessories.
Giving explanation on the project, Ogar said that the system generate up to 20 watts (20W) of power that powers the injector pump and some phones and it operates when the top tank is filled with a bucket of water.
His two inventions has been nickname "Okwatex hydro-tech".
All he needs now is a standard upgrading of his skills and the needed organisation and platform to enhance his proficiency.
He needs empowerment to expand his coast and discoveries of current technological devices.
