Borom Oil Palm Crisis: Ayade dissolves current Mgt board, deplores Nigerian army

In a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Christian Ita, His Excellency the Executive Governor of Cross River state, Sen Prof Ben Ayade has announced  the dissolution of the current management committee of the Borom Oil Palm estate, adding that the Nigerian Army have been directed to immediately take-over and secure the estate.
The State Governor, Professor Ben Ayade has further approved the constitution of a Judicial Commission of Enquiry into the Boki Oil Palm Estate crisis with the following members:
Justice M. Eneji Chairman
Justice Edem Ekefre Member
Barr. Attah Ochinke Member
Pastor Sam Inyang             – Member
Rev. (Dr) Mercy Akpama    – Member
Mr. Jude Ngaji – SSA Member. 
BLOGGERTORIAL
I am asking : what is the job of His Excellency the Deputy Governor of the state, Ivara Esu in respect of this type of commissions? I thought it’s his constitutional responsibility to fix crisis of this nature? 
Secondly, why did it take the government this long to set up a commission of inquiry? Couldn’t we do that before lives were lost!? Hmmmm!
